1. Introduction

Welcome to Cirroteks! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the cloud services (“Services”) provided by Cirroteks, a company registered in Illinois, USA (“Provider”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Definitions

• “Provider” refers to Cirroteks, a company registered in Illinois, USA.
• “Services” refer to the cloud services provided by Cirroteks, including but not limited to Cloud Security, Infrastructure Modernization, Data Analytics, App Modernization, Cloud AI, Generative AI, and Cloud Learning Platform (CAP).
• “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services provided by Cirroteks.

3. Account Registration

In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Cirroteks offers a range of cloud-based services designed to meet the needs of modern businesses.
These services include:

• Cloud Security: Protecting your data and applications in the cloud environment.
• Infrastructure Modernization: Upgrading and optimizing your existing infrastructure for better performance and scalability.
• Data Analytics: Analyzing your data to gain valuable insights and drive informed decisionmaking App Modernization: Modernizing your applications to leverage the latest technologies and improve user experience.
• Cloud AI: Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to enhance your cloud-based solutions.
• Generative AI: Creating new and innovative solutions through the use of generative artificial intelligence.
• Cloud Learning Platform (CAP): Providing a platform for learning and training in cloud technologies.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services to:

• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

6. Payment and Billing

Payment for the Services will be as agreed upon in the service agreement or as specified on the Cirroteks website. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the service agreement. Cirroteks reserves the right to modify its pricing and billing practices at any time with notice to the User.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, and other materials provided by Cirroteks, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without the prior written consent of Cirroteks.

9. Termination 

Cirroteks may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause,
and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirroteks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois,
USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Illinois.

12. Amendments

Cirroteks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By
continuing to use the Services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
